TOGETHER, LET’S FORGE THE EXTRAORDINARY.The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our clients’ fleets. This position is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and reporting maintenance activities for fleet units, including semi-trailers and semi-trucks. By keeping maintenance on track, the coordinator helps minimize downtime and optimize the fleet performance.YOUR ROLEPrepare and send daily reports; completed repairs, units in progress, projected completion datesCommunicate with customers, dispatch, and vendors regarding ETAs and prioritiesWork with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts to internal and external shopsManage purchase orders (POs) and warranties for our customers' fleetsBuild and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and coordinate internal and third-party workOversee third-party service providers for repairs, tires, inspections and mobile callsHandle incoming repair requests via email and phoneDevelop and monitor processes to ensure customer satisfactionGuide Parts and Service operations to better serve customersCollaborate with the Fleet Maintenance Manager to grow and strengthen the teamQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS TRAINING AND EXPERIENCETechnical experience in the trucking industryExperience working with ERP systemsBilingualism (an asset)Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting internal reports and KPIsAbility to work with little supervisionFamiliarity with rental and lease fleet operations, including their unique challengesAbility to work in a collaborative digital environment (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite)REQUIREMENTSAt least 5 years' experience in Fleet MaintenanceStrong commitment to workplace health and safetySOUGHT-AFTER SKILLS Strong interpersonal and communication skills with relationship building capacityStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsCapacity to work under pressureExcellent communication and teamwork abilities and customer’s driven personPositive attitude, sense of humourAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities independentlyAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentYou may not check every box — and that’s okayWe value motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and improve.
