**Job Summary**

**Must be based in Canada.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a focus on high-volume positions such as service desk, help desk, desktop support, and entry
- to mid-level IT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Support recruiting efforts for U.S.based roles, aligning with TA leads and HR counterparts in the region.
- Ensure a high standard of bilingual communication (written and verbal) throughout the recruitment process, particularly in French-speaking regions of Canada.
- Track metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bilingual in French and English - both spoken and written.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and/or IT recruiting.
- Familiarity with IT support roles such as service desk, help desk, and desktop support is essential.
- Experience recruiting for more technical or specialized IT roles is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and familiarity with U.S. hiring processes.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. JobDiva, Workday) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with global and regional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience supporting a managed services or IT outsourcing environment.
- Prior experience recruiting across both Canada and the U.S.
- Knowledge of diversity hiring best practices.
