Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for: Implementing proactive sourcing strategies (including headhunting) to build strong relationships with key professionals in the market. Designing and executing creative and effective recruitment strategies that combine traditional channels with innovative approaches. Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to optimize the candidate and hiring manager experience. Integrating artificial intelligence solutions to enhance the efficiency and quality of the selection process. Collaborating with managers and Talent & Culture partners to clearly understand workforce needs and define target profiles. Writing engaging job postings that highlight our distinctive benefits and development opportunities. Reviewing applications, conducting interviews (phone, virtual, or in person), and assessing candidates’ potential and cultural fit. Effectively coordinating interview process stages between candidates and hiring managers. Conducting reference and background checks for selected candidates. Maintaining transparent and attentive communication with candidates throughout the process. Managing and enriching a talent pool to support the organization’s future needs. Actively participating in various cross-functional projects within the Talent & Culture team, based on interests and expertise. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an entrepreneurial, manufacturing, or engineering environment, with an international scope. Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Sourcing. Bilingualism in French and English required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of autonomy. Positive attitude, strong customer service orientation, and ability to build trusted relationships. Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, priority management, and ability to meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment in candidate assessment. International recruitment experience (an asset). Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (an asset). Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels and collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
