Job Location: Split between our two campuses on Montreal’s South Shore: one located in Sherrington, close to our agricultural and packaging operations, away from traffic and the other strategically located at Solar Uniquartier in Brossard, approximately 5 minutes from the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge. You will benefit from two (2) remote workdays per week, offering flexibility to better balance work and personal commitments. Job Description Reporting to the Manager, Talent and as part of her Centre of Excellence (a team of three professionals), the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across the entire organization. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong interest in emerging trends related to talent attraction strategies. Your primary mission will be to fill various open positions across the company (production, technical, professional, management, and executive roles), while also providing high-quality advisory support in talent acquisition to managers, Human Resources Business Partners, and candidates, enabling the organization to continue its strategic growth. You will also have the opportunity to lead stimulating strategic projects related to Vegpro’s employer brand, its market positioning through certifications such as Canada’s Top Employers, and the implementation of an internship program, among others. Key Responsibilities Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle (from needs assessment to onboarding and integration) for various types of positions across the organization, including internal movements. Advise and influence managers in their talent search (market insights, recommended approaches, interview best practices, etc.). Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Represent the company at various networking events to attract top talent in the industry (educational institutions, job fairs, on-site events, associations, etc.). Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future needs. Develop partnerships with external collaborators to diversify candidate attraction methods. Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the evolution and promotion of the employer brand. Contribute to the improvement and standardization of talent acquisition processes, reduce recruitment cycle time, and participate in special projects. Develop and maintain talent acquisition performance indicators (KPIs). Stay informed on emerging recruitment trends in the market. Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role. Be bilingual in French and English (spoken and written, level 4/5) to communicate effectively with internal clients and candidates. Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Excel and ease with technological tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information. Innovative mindset and creativity. Excellent customer focus and strong ability to influence in group settings. High level of rigor and autonomy.
