**Responsibilities For the Entry-Level Rogers Sales Associate**:

- Remain proactive on the potential obstacles our community members face daily regarding their telecommunications products and services, to find an effective solution and assist in their enrolment process
- Work with the entry-level Rogers Sales Associate team to analyze customer engagements and provide solutions for a better sales delivery process
- Show empathy and patience with eligible community members to enhance their experience and pinpoint their specific service needs
- Attend training seminars with the entry-level team and learn from senior team members to become an expert in developing relationships that will last a lifetime for our clientele
- Maintain knowledge of eligibility guidelines for community members by participating in webinars and team meetings
- Educate potential new members on the benefits of our products and services and how we can assist in the enhancement of their communication

**We Look For In An Entry-Level Rogers Sales Associate With The Following Qualities**:

- High school diploma or GED
- 0-3 years volunteering or working in, Sales, Customer Service, or related fields of work
- Proactive, self-disciplined, assertive, and innovative in solving complex issues and system planning is a MUST
- Dedication and willingness to learn from senior members to grow your career
- Ability to engage favourably with external customers, clients, departments, and the management team
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating superb time management skills
- Sound judgment and discretion when approaching consumer concerns and making decisions
- Reliable transportation to the office

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
