Community Outreach Rep
**—————— Knock. Talk. Book. Repeat. ——————**
**Job Title**: Community Outreach Rep (a.k.a. Door-to-Door Dynamo)
**Company**: Brilliant Brothers Services
**Location**: Greater Victoria Area
**Type**: Full-Time
**Compensation**: $25/hr (Wage Subsidy + Bonuses per Qualified Lead)
**Note**: This position is **through the WorkBC Wage Subsidy Program** — applicants must be eligible or willing to register with WorkBC.
**—————— This Is Not Your Average Sales Gig ——————**
We’re not selling knives. We’re not slinging subscriptions. And you’re not pitching people who don’t want to talk.
We’re BC’s top-rated exterior cleaning company — and we’re looking for upbeat, outgoing folks to knock on doors, chat with neighbours, and generate warm leads for our crew. You’ll be walking residential areas where we’re already doing work, saying things like, _“Hey, we’re working on your street today ”_ and handing out info.
This is ideal for anyone looking to build sales experience, stay active, and have actual fun while working. Bonus if you like fresh air and flexing your social skills.
**——— What You'll Be Doing (Besides Wearing Cool Shades) ———**
- Going door-to-door in friendly neighbourhoods (we pick the zones — you bring the charm)
- Starting warm conversations, offering quotes, and collecting contact info
- Texting or calling our office from the field with property addresses so we can quote in real-time using satellite maps
- Getting bonuses for every qualified lead or booked quote you bring in
- Representing a company that actually has 700+ 5-star reviews (not a scammy vibe)
**——— Who You Are (And Who You’re Not) ———**
**You are**:
- Outgoing, polite, and confident striking up conversations
- Fluent in English and great with people of all ages
- Organized and comfortable following a route or using a checklist
- Willing to work outdoors on your feet for several hours at a time
- Open to feedback and want to build sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Eligible for or willing to register with **WorkBC Wage Subsidy**
**You are NOT**:
- Looking for a desk job (you’ll get your steps in — trust us)
- Afraid to knock on a door and say “hi”
- Hoping for a commission-only role (this is paid hourly + bonuses, not commission-only)
**——— What You’ll Get (Besides a Killer Tan) ———**
- $25-$30/hr (based on WorkBC tier) plus bonuses for every booked quote
- Flexible weekday shifts, usually 10am-4pm
- Team meetups, sales coaching, and lots of high-fives
- Training, support, and a shot at staying on long-term for the right person
- A chance to build your resume and get real sales experience in a supportive, local team
**——— You’ll Love This Job If You———**
- Are between gigs or trying to get back into the workforce
- Want to grow your skills and work with a team that actually has fun
- Prefer moving around to sitting in one place all day
- Love the satisfaction of seeing your work turn into real results
**——— This Isn’t for You If———**
- You get “mysterious colds” when it’s cloudy out
- You panic if someone answers the door
- You want to hide behind a desk
- You’re allergic to hard work or occasional rejection (it happens)
Send your resume (or just a quick message telling us why you’re a good fit) to:
Let us know you’re open to registering with **WorkBC for wage subsidy** — we’ll walk you through it. We’re ready to hire ASAP and looking to start with 1-2 reps right away.
