Sr. Sales Executive – Eastern Canada Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC (Remote within driving distance) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: CAD $55,000 – $70,000 DOE + commission Why This Role is Exciting: Join a fast-growing life sciences organization and play a key role in shaping the commercial success of cutting-edge biotech products across Eastern Canada. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you’ll build strong customer relationships, expand territory reach, and contribute directly to the company’s growth in a dynamic, innovative environment. What You’ll Do: Lead sales efforts across Eastern Canada, developing and expanding relationships with key customers. Drive territory growth through in-person visits, presentations, calls, and emails in English and French. Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support, and product development teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions. Represent the company at tradeshows, networking events, and association meetings. Travel within the territory 50–60% of the time, connecting with customers and building your network. Take ownership of initiatives and contribute to broader business goals. Who You Are: Bilingual in English and Canadian French. Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field (Master’s a plus). 2+ years of bioindustry experience with recombinant proteins or related products. 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences. Reside within ~40 minutes of Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC. What Will Set You Up for Success: Strong understanding of cell and molecular biology, including antibody and cell/gene therapy workflows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
