**Title: Customer Service Representative**

**Hours**: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

**Location**: 1225 Plessis Rd. Winnipeg MB, R2C 3L9

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create sales materials including product sell sheets and power point presentations.
- Create a positive customer experience by meeting customer’s needs quickly, professionally and accurately
- Place outbound sales calls
- Answer questions about products, customer accounts, deliveries, orders, etc
- Take initiative to promote new and existing products
- Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers
- Enter orders into appropriate computer system in an accurate and timely manner
- Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
- Complete other duties as assigned
- **Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and solve problems
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Team player
- Strong computer data entry skills, paying close attention to detail
- Will need to pass a criminal record check
- Authorized to work in Canada

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
