Toba Sportswear is a wholesale distributor of blank apparel to the imprintable sportswear industry. We supply screen printers, embroiderers, promotional products distributors, and sportswear retailers with a full line of activewear, corporate casualwear, and accessories for all embellishment needs. Located in **Winnipeg, Manitoba**, we've proudly served the central Canada region since 2003. Our goal is to provide an extensive product line at competitive prices, all while offering exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time (M-F) on-site **Inside Sales and Service Coordinator** role based in **Winnipeg, MB**. In this varied role, you'll be key to our customer relationships, proactively engaging clients, ensuring their satisfaction, processing orders efficiently, and handling essential administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an **Inside Sales and Service Coordinator**, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible to:

- Proactively connect with existing customers to identify sales opportunities, introduce new products, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering mutually beneficial solutions.
- Provide prompt, efficient customer service by answering calls, accurately taking orders, and processing returns. Ensure relevant information is captured for a seamless experience.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, compile purchase orders, customer notes, and documents for invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and a consistent customer experience, assisting with daily operations as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, striving for high customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an inside sales, customer service, or administrative role, with demonstrated proactive customer interaction.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a valued team member.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Social media experience is considered an asset, but not required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
