**Responsibilities**:

- The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external individuals.
- The ability to anticipate and solve customer problems.
- The ability to use reasoning, organization, and analytical skills to resolve issues related to requests for the client's services.
- The ability to handle multiple projects at once.
- The ability to handle stress effectively; it may be necessary to handle disputes between customers and clients.
- The ability to use technology systems.
- The ability to review and evaluate information in order to make decisions regarding requests for the client's services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belleville, ON K8P 1B7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Would you be willing to commute to Peterborough for training as well as Mondays to build a relationship with the rest of the team, maintain decoration knowledge and product knowledge sessions?
