We are a 120 unit townhouse complex located in Gordon Head area. We are looking for a helper to join our maintenance team whom has general knowledge of basic home repair and grounds keeping. Prior experience in the home repair field is important.

Tasks will include: Grounds keeping, grass cutting, flower bed maintenance, leaf blowing etc. Basic plumbing repairs(dripping taps, leaky sinks, clogged drains), light fixture replacement, hand railing repairs, door repairs, blind repair, drywall repair, painting interior/exterior, basic home repair.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
