Experience is not necessary as all our Production Technicians are trained through MDS Coating’s customized in-house training program to ensure success in the role

At MDS Coating, your responsibilities will include:

- Working as part of the Production team
- Adhering to the MDS Quality Management System
- Following detailed written instructions and checklists
- Maintaining equipment and fixtures
- Completing production tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Monitoring and recording critical coating parameters
- Collaborating with the continuous improvement team
- Performing other related duties as assigned
- Mechanically inclined
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to follow detailed, written instructions
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
- Team player
- Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Experience in a clean, quality-controlled environment is an asset
- Experience operating equipment an asset
- Must be eligible to work in Canada, and live in PEI
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
- Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for Controlled Goods
- Ability to work rotating, 12-hour shifts; currently set as: Monday - Thursday with alternating weeks of 7am to 7pm; then 7pm to 7am.

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour
