Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional nail care services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, foot massage and hand massage. Your expertise in nail care and customer service will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' overall experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide body waxing services as needed, adhering to best practices for client comfort and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products that complement nail care services.
  • Maintain an organized workstation and ensure that all supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible service.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in body waxing techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a hygienic work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Experience in retail sales with an aptitude for upselling products related to nail care.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality nail services.
