At MDS Coating, you can be expected to:

- Complete all work within the scope of the MDS Quality Management System
- Follow detailed, written work instructions and checklists
- General equipment and fixture maintenance
- Complete production support tasks as identified by supervisor
- Monitor critical coating parameters, record applicable information, and perform recovery operations as required
- Work with the continuous improvement team
- Work as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
- Identify areas of improvement from a Health and Safety perspective
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must meet and maintain eligibility requirements for Controlled Goods
- Mechanically inclined
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to follow detailed, written instructions
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work rotating, 12-hour shifts; currently set as: Monday - Thursday with alternating weeks of 7am to 7pm; then 7pm to 7am.
- Manufacturing experience an asset
- Experience in a quality-controlled environment an asset
- Experience operating equipment an asset

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour
