Tonic DNA is a Montreal-based animation studio producing content for feature films and series for some of the well renowned in the industry, as well as high-quality advertising content for clients around the world. The studio is growing rapidly and now has around 110 employees. Our studio (brand new) is located near the Lionel-Groulx metro station.

Acting as a true ambassador for TONIC, the **studio coordinator** ensures that the company's image is well presented at all times, whether to visitors when they arrive at the studio, to suppliers by ensuring professional communication at all times, or to employees by ensuring that the studio is always tidy and that their needs are met. This position is face-to-face and under the supervision of the HR Supervisor, working from home is permitted on an occasional basis only.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sending and receiving of mail and packages
- Make all corporate purchases and inventory: groceries, employee gifts, office supplies, TONIC promotional items, etc.
- Organize business travel for employees and management
- Manage the maintenance and installation of equipment at the studio
- Ensure a clean and tidy work environment for all employees working in the studio
- Collaborate in the writing of numerous internal communications mainly related to life at the studio on the various communication platforms
- Facilitate and coordinate the Social Committee meetings and follow up on the activities of the different social clubs
- Organize social events from start to finish with the help of the social committee members
- Identify initiatives to improve the work life of employees by listening to their needs and communicating them through participation in the Wellness Committee meetings with the HR team and the OHS Committee
- Performs various tasks as requested by members of management or the HR supervisor

**Desired profile**:

- Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy
- Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail in his/her daily work
- Have a sense of initiative and proactivity
- Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize
- Bilingualism French / English required: oral and written
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Master the Microsoft Office suite and have good writing skills
- Demonstrate dynamism
- Be able to listen to the needs of others

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $34,100.84-$47,000.00 per year
