**Job Description**:
**The opportunity**

Reitmans (Canada) Limited adds hundreds of new items each week to their 3 Retail Brand Websites - Reitmans, RW&CO, Penningtons.

The Coordinator, Photo Studio plays a key role by collaborating with our E-commerce and Marketing department, to ensure that all samples are shot on time. Overseas the daily workings of the photo studio and works closely with the studio teams to ensure they have all the tools they need for the day.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage sample receipts and coordinate all inventory received;
- Responsible to ensure all product (clothing and accessories) required for a shoot is complete;
- Scan items shot and manage shot folders for every brand;
- Manage head office photo samples;
- In charge of the supply orders for the studio;
- Helps with daily reporting;
- Replace the Manager in his absence.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- College diploma in Fashion Marketing or related field (an asset);
- 2 years of relevant experience;
- Bilingualism required (French and English; oral and written);
- Good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level);
- Superior ability to work in a team;
- Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
