As Studio Coordinator you would have a wide range of responsibilities, including office administration, studio culture, operations and finance, and supporting our studio leadership team.

We'd like to find someone that is interested in growing and developing their skillset, and who approaches problems with a positive can-do attitude. We have an endless laundry list of things to handle as an indie studio, so that translates to plenty of opportunities to expand into additional areas that might interest you. We are still in our first year as a studio and a team so there is lots of space to grow and for you to further define this role.

- Handle administrative duties related to the studio, ranging from interfacing with our accountants, overseeing improvements to our office, ensuring payroll information is up to date, and filing expense reports, credit card invoices, etc.
- Translate written content from English into French
- Maintain our website and social media with new job postings and other relevant updates.
- Be resourceful and proactive, helping to steer our brand-new studio culture into something positive and fun

You would need to be proficient in:

- Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams
- Google Workspace equivalents: Sheets, Docs, Drive, Meet

If you have prior experience with ATS, HRIS, payroll systems, and/or website and social media management, those are great bonuses
