As a Client Success Representative, you will play a key role in servicing and growing our large existing client base. And you will be equally focused on helping continue our new growth through outreach to new opportunities.

As a key member of our Service Team, you will help develop customer success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with our Client Success Manager to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

You will bring solid analytical skills, foundational technology capabilities, a customer service perspective, and an interest in growing revenue through upsell of existing clients and pursuit of new ones.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Own overall relationship with assigned existing clients, which includes on-boarding and managing usage
- Establish a trusted relationship with existing clients to drive continued value and upsell of our services
- Introduce new clients to inHEALTH and take lead responsibility for closing new business in our key service areas - with the help of the internal inHEALTH team
- Maintain and refine customer success strategies, best practices and customer support content, with the help of the Client Success Manager
- Communicate effectively with internal and external senior-level management to understand customer needs, grow subscriber base, maximize retention, and communicate learnings
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed

**Role Responsibilities**
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned existing accounts, aiding in using our services and identifying new areas of opportunity
- Provide on demand support to clients through Live Chat service
- Onboard new subscribers
- Review customer journeys, identifying previous touchpoints and take a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues to achieve goals
- Research, plan and conduct regular prospecting of new client opportunities - supported by inHEALTH’s digital strategy, and with the assistance of internal resources and team
- Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize upcoming client meetings with team members

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in some combination of account management, customer service, sales, and marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical, tactical and process-oriented mindset and approach
- Solid working capability of technology productivity tools including MS Office
- Collaborative team member and multitasker who can adjust priorities as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous background in insurance, legal or medical industries/services would be a plus

**Work Environment**
- We are pleased to offer a hybrid remote/office working environment.

**Compensation**
- Competitive base salary plus quarterly objective-based bonuses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
