Apple Creek Animal Hospital is looking for a **part time to full time **Client Care Representative** who is outgoing, reliable, efficient and loves animals.

We are a growing veterinary hospital who pride ourselves in our relationships with clients as well as the professional services we provide. We have a wonderful team who are collaborative and compassionate in providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
- Possess exceptional communication skills
- Display a high level of dedication to improving the client/patient experience
- Share a passion for extraordinary client/patient care
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience in handling cats and dogs (an asset)
- Be fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (an asset)

Primary responsibilities:

- Greeting clients and patients intake
- Answering and making phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Scanning documents, filing insurance claims
- Keeping the office organized and clean
- Operating computer software to access electronic medical records and schedules

Weekday and some Saturday shifts.

Our office hours are: Mon-Fri 8:30am-7pm, Sat 9am-2pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
