As an Assistant Manager at La Fraise Rose, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Training and hiring staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Crafting both fresh and dried floral arrangements that reflect our brand's elegance.
- Handcrafting delectable chocolate-dipped strawberries with precision and creativity.
- Fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in managing inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Performing daily tasks essential to the shop's day-to-day operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
- Meeting sales quotas through effective upselling and suggestive selling techniques.
- Assisting with social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Contributing innovative ideas and insights to drive business growth and expansion.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Intelligence, adaptability, and a quick learner.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Must have flexibility as hours may differ every week and must be available weekends
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a managerial role
- Must have at least 2 years experience with floral arrangements
