**Job Title: Florist & Keyholder - La Fraise Rose**

La Fraise Rose is a luxury gifting company specializing in chocolate-covered strawberries, premium florals, and curated specialty foods. We are looking for a reliable and experienced **Florist &** **Keyholder** to join our team.

**About the Role**:
As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in daily store operations, customer service, and maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires both responsibility in managing store access and hands-on creative work with florals and specialty foods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the store according to company procedures.
- Create and maintain floral arrangements that meet our luxury brand standards.
- Assist with chocolate strawberry and specialty food preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Support the team during busy holiday seasons and special events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience working with flowers** in a professional setting (floral shop, event florist, etc.).
- **Cooking or pastry experience preferred** (not required).
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness as a keyholder.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Flexible availability with a focus on **weekends**.
- Part-time: up to and between **10-20 hours per week**, depending on seasonality.
