**Job Overview：**
- We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Florist Store Manager to lead our new Florist & Gift Shop in Vancouver. As a Florist Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, create beautiful floral designs, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain the store’s aesthetic. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in floristry and leadership skills, eager to create an inspiring shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the store’s day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.
- Design and arrange fresh floral products, including bouquets, centerpieces, and custom arrangements for weddings, events, and other occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and gifts based on their preferences and occasion needs.
- Provide expert advice on plant care, floral arrangement maintenance, and general product knowledge.
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual displays to ensure an inviting and professional atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the store’s POS system efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking and receiving shipments, while ensuring product quality and freshness.
- Supervise and train store staff, ensuring they follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate store marketing efforts, including creating content for social media and photography as required.
- Stay updated on floristry trends, new products, and techniques to keep the store’s offerings fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a florist or in a managerial role in retail, with floristry experience highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of flowers, plants, design techniques, and floral arrangement styles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a creative flair for floral design.
- Experience with POS systems and managing financial transactions.

**Salary**:
The salary will be based on qualifications and experience. Hourly wage ranges from $23 to $28, plus a commission of the store's overall sales, with a comprehensive benefits package.
