**WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE**

**RATE OF PAY**: Starting at $25/hr
- Permanent, full-time position eligible for extended benefits after a probationary period
- Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with some potential hours outside of this time

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

MAINTAINING CLEANLINESS
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized at all times
- Checking that the pulled product is clean, packed, and not damaged
- Implementing sanitation practices
- Maintaining clean storage areas
- Responding promptly to accidents, damaged product, or spills in warehouse
- Use moving equipment (wheel boards, ladders, etc.)
- Match items to bins by reading warehouse labels
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned

WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION
- Maintains the general order of the warehouse
- Receive and process new inventory (count, label, photo, and rack location)
- Ensures stock location accuracy and efficient storage of inventory
- Works with the Operations Manager to determine new stock placement
- General janitorial duties to maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety (sweep warehouse, take out trash, green waste and recycling, keep aisles clear)
- Other duties as required

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
- Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Travel up and down stairs unassisted, sometimes carrying objects
- Push, pull, and otherwise move large, heavy items with the use of moving equipment
- Stand for long periods
- Move-in awkward, small, or restricted spaces
- Become proficient in SPECTRA’s inventory database

**ASSETS**
- Previous warehousing and/or inventory stock management experience

OR
- Previous cleaning services experience

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
