Jonluca Enterprises Inc. is a distributor of Organic and Natural food products. Our Distribution Centre in Burnaby is growing fast and we are hiring Warehouse Associates

Warehouse associates are responsible for performing receiving and picking activities following the processes in place and ensure products are ready for next day delivery to our customers.

**Available Shifts**:
Part-time: Monday to Friday (9a.m - 1.00p.m or 1p.m. to 5p.m)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare storage areas for incoming deliveries.
- Receive and replenish products.
- Pick, palletize, wrap and label orders accurately for next day delivery to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and controlled method.
- Perform Inventory Counts
- Transport goods within the warehouse; lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Coordinate with other departments
- Keep the work area safe and clean always
- Perform job functions upholding the safest measures prescribed
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1 year of replenishment or order picking experience (ideally in a distribution or manufacturing environment)
- Ability to use pallet jack; experience with Walkie, Counter-balance or Reach an asset
- Familiar or willingness to learn warehouse principles including FIFO
- Ability to lift 50lbs, prolonged standing, lifting, bending, etc.
- Excellent communication and time management skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in cold conditions: cooler and freezer
- Reliable, hardworking, organized, self-motivated, team player
- Forklift, Reach and Electric Walkie experience an asset for future individual growth.
- Successful completion of a background check required
