**What you will do**:
The **Paid Media Specialist **plays a significant role in the digital realm of our operations. They are responsible for managing and maintaining a variety of online advertising campaigns and other ecommerce initiatives. Through their work they ensure a seamless online campaign presence for our brands, while effectively managing budgets and timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the creation, launch and optimization of paid marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign budget and performance
- Analyze and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with internal supports for visuals and copy
- Collaborate with external supports (web agency) to create and/or monitor campaign performances
- Keep track of campaign results, produce reports, and offer recommendations
- Negotiate digital media buying with various media partners
- Manage budgets and costs related to media buying
- Help ensures branding integration in various markets and campaigns

**To be successful in this position you will need**:

- Minimum of college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum of **2 (two) years’** experience
- Bilingualism is essential (French and English) for supporting our operations outside of Quebec.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics
- Experience with programmatic advertising (an asset)
- Google Ads certifications, Meta Certification, GA4 certification
