**Job Type**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Child and Youth Workers (CYWs). As a CYW, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and youth facing various challenges.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide direct support to children and youth in a residential, school, or community-based setting

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, homework assistance, and recreational activities

Implement therapeutic interventions and behavior management strategies

Foster positive relationships and provide emotional support to clients

Collaborate with families, schools, and other community resources to support clients' needs

**Requirements**:
Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or a related field

Experience working with children and youth in a supportive capacity

Knowledge of child development principles and therapeutic techniques

Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children and youth

Understanding of holistic care practice or a desire to learn is imperative

**Work Location**:In person

**Language**:

- English (required)
- French not required

**Schedule**: Flexible
