Job description
Lotus Mental Health is looking to hire reliable and dedicated individuals with experience in providing behavioural and emotional support to children and youth. Our clients are aged 18 years and younger and they have a wide range of needs.

Mandatory Certifications:
Possess a diploma or degree in a relevant field. (Child & Youth Care, Social Service Worker, Developmental Service Worker, Community Justice Worker, Police Foundations, Psychology)
Possess a VALID Non Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate (NVCI)
Possess a VALID First aid & CPR Level-C Certificate
Willing to obtain a vulnerable sector check
Job Expectations:
Building and maintaining a professional rapport with clients
Implementing individualized behaviour support plans
Providing behavioural and emotional support in high stress situations
Administering medications
Utilizing Non-Violent Crisis Intervention skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
