What You Will Do?
- Assess market competition by comparing the company’s digital asset products to competitors’ products, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Research new digital asset product ideas, emerging trends in blockchain technology and DeFi, and communicate these trends to the firm.
- Assist in the development of new digital asset investment products from concept to launch, including drafting of product proposals, coordinating with necessary stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Participate in process enhancement exercises to automate, improve, and support the firm's efforts across the business, particularly in relation to digital asset data management and analysis.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries in a timely manner, providing clear and concise explanations regarding digital asset products and markets. Prepare materials for client presentations and reports related to digital asset strategies.
- Help prepare presentation materials for management meetings and client presentations, including reports on the performance of digital asset portfolios and market trends.
- Assist management on ad hoc projects as needed, including projects related to the integration of new technologies and data sources for digital asset analysis.
- Conduct deep dives into various digital asset protocols and platforms, providing detailed reports and recommendations for potential investment opportunities.
- Monitor the regulatory landscape for digital assets, and ensure that products and internal practices are aligned with current and upcoming regulations.
- Contribute to the ongoing analysis and improvement of our staking infrastructure for the Staked Ether ETF, including monitoring network performance, security, and yield optimization.
- Analyze the performance of our existing digital asset products (including the Bitcoin ETF and Staked Ether ETF) to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities.

What You Will Bring?
- Undergrad degree in Business, Finance, Economics, CompSci/Physics/Math, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of work experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field, with a focus on digital assets preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, specifically in analyzing blockchain data and tokenomics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex information in a clear manner as the role requires communication with various teams including Portfolio Managers, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Technology.
