As a Digital Assets Analyst, you will be a platform‑builder—scaling Purpose’s digital asset platform by converting market complexity, protocol‑level data, and regulatory change into actionable insights for investment decisions, product design, and strategic direction. Lead structured competitive analysis across ETFs, on‑chain products, and emerging digital asset vehicles to identify innovation opportunities. Develop independent, data‑backed views on emerging protocols, tokenization trends, and market structure developments relevant to product strategy. Contribute materially to product design and launch, including protocol analysis, structural trade‑offs, and implementation considerations. Proactively design and implement automation and AI‑enabled workflows to modernize digital asset research, monitoring, and reporting. Translate complex digital asset concepts into decision‑ready insights for PMs, executives, and clients. Own protocol‑level research covering network economics, incentives, risks, and investment relevance. Continuously assess regulatory developments and translate implications into product, risk, and operational guidance. Analyze and help evolve staking and on‑chain infrastructure, including validator performance, network health, risk management, and yield sustainability. Build and own AI‑enabled, automated analytical tooling (Python, APIs, and on‑chain data) to accelerate research, synthesize market signals, and replace manual workflows with scalable solutions. Assist management on ad hoc projects related to the integration of new technologies and data sources for digital asset analysis. Qualifications: What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field required. 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment research, product analytics, or fintech/crypto‑native firms. Exposure to investment vehicles such as ETFs, funds, or managed portfolios preferred. Programming and automation are core to the role—used to eliminate manual processes and increase analytical velocity (Python, SQL, VBA, or similar). Strong analytical and quantitative skills, specifically in analyzing blockchain data and tokenomics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex information clearly to diverse teams. Comfortable across traditional market tools, crypto‑native data sources, APIs, and on‑chain analytics. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work under stress in time‑sensitive situations and a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment. Deep curiosity about market structure, tokenization, and financial infrastructure evolution. Experience with data visualization software and techniques.
