**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed to move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain organization of inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are accounted for.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily distribution goals.

**Skills**
- Proficient in order picking and packing techniques.
- Experience with heavy lifting and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking inventory.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
