Le rôle d’analyste au sein de l’équipe de distribution au Québec est un poste important dans le support au chef, au directeur ainsi qu’aux superviseurs de l’équipe, dans la production de différents rapports analytiques et financiers.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Fournit le support à l’équipe de superviseurs en préparant les différents rapports mensuels nécessaires.
- Analyse les données provenant d’Oracle et/ou Power BI afin d’assurer la bonne méthode de rémunération aux agents distributeurs.
- Mapping des routes afin d’analyser les kilométrages et associer les paiements en conséquence.
- Analyse financière et de volume des routes pour en évaluer la rentabilité.
- Extraction de données et production de rapports pour les mécanismes de révision annuel et biannuel.
- Mise en place d’un tableau de bord avec les indicateurs de performance (KPI) à suivre.
- Vigie et audits des données pour s’assurer que les listes de commissions sont appropriées et bien attribuées.
- Préparation et présentation mensuel des coûts liés à différents postes de dépenses.
- Production de tout autre analyse à la demande des gestionnaires, en lien avec les agents distributeurs, les conventions collectives, les plans de contingence ou tout autre besoin opérationnel, pour assurer le déroulement optimal des opérations.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Diplôme d’étude collégiale en administration ou domaine pertinent
- Connaissances avancées de Excel
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en analyse logistique, un atout
- Connaissance d’outils de gestion intégré (Oracle, SAP) et Power BI, un atout
