We are currently looking for an intelligent and hard working individual to assist with administration and to help provide exceptional customer service to our rapidly growing customer base.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Organized with a great attention to detail
- Experience working in an office environment
- Exceptional telephone demeanour
- Personable with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer & Typing skills
- Experience working with CRM i.e. Salesforce, Nutshell, Pipedrive etc.
- Experience working with Google Office Suite
- Previous experience working with clothing/fashion a definite asset

As one of the initial point of contacts between new clients and the internal departments of our company, you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues in a multitude of settings. You are a quick learner in a fast paced environment and able to multitask while effectively managing priorities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new ones
- Assessing customer needs and acquiring required information
- Maintaining and updating customer and new opportunities in CRM
- Updating and Maintaining CRM Data
- Providing customers quotes and pricing
- Sourcing garments and supply availability for customer orders
- Act as liaison between customers and design team
- Creating work orders for production
- Purchasing required products from suppliers
- Processing credit card payments
- Setting up online Sales and Fundraising programs
- Assisting production team when needed

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
