Robbins Parking is pleased to announce that we are seeking applicants to join our Meter and Maintenance team.

The information below is a summary of some of the duties this position will entail, and the skills needed to be successful in this position. Starting wage is TBD based on experience level.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to
- Work effectively with team members to accomplish tasks
- Operate a variety of power tools, safely.
- Installation of signage and parking equipment with power tools
- General parking lot maintenance, removing garbage
- General meter maintenance, cash pickups
- Coordinate snow removal and salting
- Operate company vehicles in a courteous and safe manner
- Being a positive brand ambassador for Robbins Parking Service

**Required Skills**:

- Experience working in a maintenance-related field is preferred.
- Detailed-oriented, highly organised and ability to meet deadlines.
- Motivated to work in a fast paced, ever changing department.
- Able to safely operate power tools.
- coordinating snow removal and salting
- work effectively with team members to accomplish tasks;
- Using a company vehicle and keeping it clean and tidy.
- Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Working hours are full-time Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm, with weekend shifts based on current employee rotation.
- Can lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Must be physically fit
- due to the demands of the job.
- Starting wage is TBD based on experience level.
- Must have a clean driver’s abstract. This must be provided if selected for an interview.
- A criminal record check will be required

**Salary**: From $22.50 per hour
