**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the building management team and the Maintenance Supervisor, the position will be responsible for performing regular maintenance at a residential rental building of which includes but are not limited to:

- Pool maintenance
- Minor appliance repair and fixture installation
- Minor heating and plumbing repairs
- Minor repair of electrical systems
- Other repairs such as basic carpentry, drywall patching, and painting
- Snow removal and de-icing of common walkways and stairs
- Minor suite cleaning
- Lawn mowing and cleaning as needed

**Qualifications**
- Self-motivated with the ability to take directions and work without supervision
- Has a professional work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge and/or experience regarding electrical, plumbing, general maintenance, and pool maintenance is preferred
- Pool Operator certification as asset, but not required
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act an asset, but not required
- Availability to work weekends and an on-call rotation for after hour emergencies
