Cabinet Maker-finisher

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Finish cabinets using various techniques including staining, painting, and sealing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate finishing.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry as needed.
- Assist with cabinet installation on-site, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related fields.
- Familiarity with cabinet installation processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of construction painting methods and materials.
- Experience with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or material handling.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

**Experience**:

- Cabinet Making: 3 years (preferred)
- Cabinetry Finishing: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Carpentry Red Seal (preferred)
- 403A Certificate of Qualification (preferred)

**Location**:

- Huntsville, ON P1H 1B9 (preferred)
