As a valued member of our team you bring your experience, knowledge of building materials, and a positive "can do attitude, and a desire to learn new skills. **Skills** Ability to follow instructions Able to complete physical task efficiently Excellent listening and communications skills Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Team Player Knowledge of different wood products Experienced in cabinet making and custom woodworking Experience in door manufacturing Experience on woodworking equipment is a **must** **Duties** to include, but not limited to: Cleaning up worksites and machinery from debris Handle and transport materials Pile and move stock as needed Operate woodworking machinery Sticker lumber Load and unload kiln Glue ups for flooring Custom door manufacturing Stair building Other duties as instructed by management **Required** Attend all training sessions as scheduled Have proper training and certifications for safe equipment operation Be honest, professional and courteous Work and promote a positive and safe team environment Take responsibility for work done. Respect company team members, supervisors and management
