**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
- Ensuring precision and aesthetic appeal.
- work in a timely fashion to the best quality product within the most efficient amount of time
- Execute siding installation for exterior finishes that enhance building aesthetics
- Restore existing structures through renovation projects, maintaining historical integrity where applicable.
- work with various materials and systems to complete each task
- work well with other colleagues with the ability to problem solve cohesively
- attention to detail
- ability to read and understand blueprints

**Skills**
- Experience with cabinet installation, ensuring proper fit and finish.
- Strong carpentry skills including framing, trim work, and custom builds.
- Versatile maintenance person abilities to address various construction needs.
- Familiarity with siding materials and installation methods.
- familiarity with interior finish products and instillation methods
- Understanding of roofing systems and installation processes.
- Ability to restore existing structures while adhering to safety standards.
- Competence in abiding Ontario safety regulations
