**Description**:

As you would operate independently of the Store Manager in the delegation of the daily duties to the Order Fulfillment team to accurately, organize, pack, and fulfill physical orders and prepare them for collection.

You would be expected to assist the Store Manager in overseeing all facets of Fulfillment center operations and ensure the completion of accurate, efficient fulfillment of orders across the region assigned in a company-owned vehicle.

**What's on Your Plate**:

- Travel to various Fulfillment Centres in the assigned region to lead fulfillment center activities and ensure inventory and performance targets are attained
- Keyholder, with on-call ownership expectations for all facets of the fulfillment center operations
- Prepare vendor orders and submit them for store manager approval
- Receive vendor orders and inventory sign off
- Train staff and help maintain sanitation and food quality standards.
- Ensure and support a safe, healthy, and respectful workplace for all staff/vendors
- Verifying orders to ensure they are correct before collection
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean & organized warehouse
- Perform various administration, inventory, customer service, and warehouse tasks as required
- Transfer and deliver inventory from a supplier and/or across fulfillment centers in the assigned region in a company-owned vehicle

- Entrepreneurial spirit with an owner mindset
- Ability to work independently in a warehouse setting
- Detail oriented and able to complete orders efficiently and accurately
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week, evenings and weekends will be required
- Understanding of online order systems, computers, and tablets
- Dependable/reliable and able to work flexible hours (Evenings/Weekends)
- Minimum three years experience in a Lead Role in a warehouse/delivery environment.
- Must have Class G (or equivalent driver's license) and access to a safe/reliable automobile
- Satisfactory Driving Record for the past 3 years
