**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Assist in meal preparation by following recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for cooking and delivering exceptional dining experiences is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
