**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks related to office management.
- Collaborate with medical or dental office staff to facilitate patient interactions and maintain records.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
