Main Responsibilities:

- Assist in various development approvals, such as Zoning Bylaw Amendments, Minor Variances, Site Plan Agreements, Condominium Registrations, etc.
- File and maintain project documents, including design drawings/reports, approvals, permits, agreements, etc.
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes.
- Assist in coordination for project tendering.
- Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and trades.
- Assist in coordination for change management and change orders.
- Assist in site review/inspection during construction as needed.
- Actively communicate with consultants, contractors, trades, etc. to resolve outstanding issues and comments.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, sales, accounting, etc. as needed.
- Support the project management team on ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience within the real estate development industry.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong execution skills.
- Team player.
- Fluent in Mandarin is an asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
