**Position Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales incentive programs, compensation plans, and sales contests, for our sales force that align with our business objectives. Drive sales performance, motivate and reward the team for achieving sales and other performance metrics
- Build and foster great relationships with sales leaders and other key collaborators and collaborate to understand business goals, sales strategies, and key performance indicators to design effective sales contests and compensation plans
- Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of existing sales contests and compensation plans and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and track sales contest results, sales performance, and compensation payouts to ensure accuracy and fairness, and provide regular reports, trends, and insights to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while designing and implementing sales contests and compensation plans
- Collaborate with HR and finance to ensure seamless administration of compensation plans, including accurate and timely payout calculations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to sales contests, incentive programs, and compensation plans to drive continuous improvement

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience designing and managing sales contests, incentive programs, and compensation plans, preferably in the financial services industry
- In-depth knowledge of sales compensation best practices, including variable pay structures, performance metrics, and compliance requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance, actuarial science, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and able to interpret data and draw meaningful insights to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Accounting designation or MBA preferred
- Financial services industry experience preferred
