We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the **Regional Sales manager**position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Drive growth of PEAK and Home Depot market share within the assigned territory
- Manage activities within approved budget parameters
- Analyze sales reports and create action plans
- Address underperforming and over-performing stores with action plans, then share the best practices with the entire sales and customer service team
- Represent PEAK professionally at all times, ensuring alignment with company values and brand image
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Home Depot associates at all levels — including store, district, and regional teams
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with Home Depot’s regional, district, and store management teams
- Deliver engaging product knowledge sessions, training programs, and in-store demonstrations for Home Depot associates
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Home Depot stores and regions
- Support new product launches, store resets, and remodels; plan and participate in special store events and promotional activities
- Create and maintain the Planogram database to ensure accuracy and alignment with merchandising standards
- Attend Home Depot Meeting and fully participate
- Plan and share a monthly schedule of your store walks in advance
- Attend Home Depot events in your region
- Perform any other tasks and duties as requested by management from time to time
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of **retail sales or field training experience**:
- Proven ability to **train, coach, and motivate store associates** to drive sales performance
- Experience in **account management or manufacturer representation**, preferably in the **home improvement industry**:
- Previous experience working with or selling to **big-box retailers or distributors** (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s, RONA, Canadian Tire)
- Confident and professional communicator — comfortable presenting and building relationships at **store and district management levels**:
- ** Highly self-motivated** and disciplined; able to work independently while managing a travel-heavy schedule
- Willingness and ability to **travel extensively (approximately 90% local travel by car within GTA and nearby regions, occasional air travel as required)**:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple store visits, trainings, and priorities effectively
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)** and comfortable with digital reporting tools
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset but not required
Compensation: Starting from $85,000 depending on experience; plus discretionary bonus and gas card.
