**What will you work on?**

- _Proven customer service work experience operating within a team environment_
- _ Strong relationship building skills with end-consumers and external departments_
- _ Excellent negotiation and de-escalating skills _
- _Strong active listening, comprehension and presentation skills_

**What are your skills and experience?**
- _Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience _
- _Minimum 1 year of social media experience (professionally or personally)_
- _ Experience with Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint_
- _ Experience with Hootsuite or similar social listening tools is a definite asset_
- _ Experience with Oracle, SAP, Shopify, or similar CRM/order management systems is a definite asset_
- _ Flexibility on rotational-based shifts between 6:00am to 3:00am, weekdays and weekends, and during all statuary holidays, including December- #LIHybrid #Spinmasterishiring _
