**Job Type**: Full-time

**Position Summary**

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing inventory management and ensuring accurate stock levels. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records through efficient data entry and management systems.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid shortages.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize inventory flow and storage.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory items.
- Track and report on inventory metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to support order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products.
- All other duties assigned

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Standing, walking, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role, preferably in a warehouse setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM) is a plus.
