We are seeking a highly organized Warehouse Specialist to manage all aspects of our order fulfillment operations and join our growing team.

Responsibilities include

  • Receive, inspect, and store ingredients and/or packaging materials in accordance with company food safety, and quality standards.
  • Pick, stage, and delivery materials and/or ingredients to production based on the production schedules.
  • Ensure accurate inventory handling, including lot/batch verification and FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Execute inventory transactions in ERP (SAP B1), including receiving, transfers, staging, and returns to stock.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and GMP compliance warehouse and staging areas.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
  • Work closely with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience; food or beverage manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Certified to operate Material Handling Equipment (or willing to obtain certification)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using WMS/ERP systems preferred.
  • Good communication skills required
  • Self-motivated, dependable and reliable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Secondary School Graduate or related experience

Working Conditions

  • Working onsite in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment – company supplied.
  • Minimal to moderate exposure to hazardous conditions, noise, and vibrations conducive to a warehouse environment.
  • Repetitive physical activities including but not limited to lifting, bending, pushing and pulling weights up to 23 kg (50lbs) for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to operate Stand-up Material Handling Equipment as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work extended hours, which may be required from time to time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
