**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Customer care and sales
- Physical ability to assist some clients with moving their goods,
- Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls and communicate with clients or vendors professionally.
- Ability to perform general labour, such as moving goods, light custodial work, maintenance work
- Assist in organizing office operations to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and improve overall operational.
- Responsible for ongoing monitoring and security. Responsible for opening and closing the facility including confirming all clients have vacated and setting alarms, and confirming all access points are secured.

**Qualifications**
- Good computer skills.
- Good organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus on priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Good temperment to deal with clients who can be stressed.
- Ability to firmly interact in occassional mild conflicts or disagreements. Ability to manage client expectations. good communication skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
