**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Technical Sales Administrator** to support our inside sales activities and contribute to marketing and administrative initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical telecommunications infrastructure expertise, interpersonal skills, and organizational capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the inside sales team with quotes, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with customer and sales data.
- **Marketing**:
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms and assist with content creation.
- Track and report on marketing metrics.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Organize and schedule meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-ups.
- Handle general correspondence and administrative tasks to support the sales team.
- Manage document storage, filing, and retrieval systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and related technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with desktop tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and marketing software.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
