**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with our sales personnel to provide important administrative support during proposal development and order processing stages. The Inside Sales Representative will also respond to inbound inquiries, help manage parts sales, develop sales tools, and implement sales related initiatives.
**General**
- Consider Bevco’s Motto at all times and use it to drive your organizational purpose and decision-making processes
- Represent Bevco in a professional and positive manner
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Production, Accounting and Shipping/Receiving departments to deliver customized solutions that address customer needs to achieve satisfaction
**Sales**
- Provide key **administrative support** to the sales team, including sales order processing using Syspro, job folder development, etc.
- Maintain Bevco’s **Excel CRM**:
- Prepare **Quotations** in Syspro for parts sales
- Work with Sales and Engineering teams to develop **proposals and cost estimates**:
- Update format, content and brand consistency of **proposal and other documents**:
- Prepare **travel documents** for Bevco technicians
- Aid in the updating of **Sales template documents and procedures**:
- Update and maintain consistency in formatting, presentation and brand of **Bevco documents**:
- Assist in updating the **Production Schedule**:
- Prepare **quantity take-offs** and **cost estimates** based on conveyor system layouts and equipment requirements
- Implement **Customer Satisfaction Plan** and carry out **reach out project**s to previous customer
- Maintain **physical and electronic files** in accordance with Bevco guidelines
- Carry out administrative aspects of **sales order processing**:
- Regularly update **proposal tracking** spreadsheet
- Update and progress equipment and conveyor **costing tools**:
- Assist with Bevco’s **parts sales** for sold equipment and help drive spare parts kit sales
- Develop and progress **sales tools** in conjunction with Marketing and Design
- Act as primary liaison with our Shipping/Receiving department at our second location
**Marketing**
- Assist with **marketing tasks and initiatives**:
- Assist with **outreach campaigns** to customers **breweries** and other local packaging companies
- Assist with updating Bevco’s **website content**:
- Help update and organize **photo and video content** and take photos of Bevco equipment
- Assist with **market research** studies to identify target prospects and markets and demand for our equipment
- Assist with Bevco’s **trade show** planning and attendance
- Assist with the development of **promotional content and marketing material**
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
- Diploma or degree in business-related studies or equivalent
**Technical Skills and Experience**
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Syspro or other ERP programs is an asset
- Photography skills are an asset
