**Duties**:

- Conduct inside sales activities to identify and qualify potential customers
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell solar
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in technology sales or technical knowledge is a plus
- Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
